Pan Bagnat

This sandwich brings me back to my childhood. It is easy to make, delicious and nutritious. Ideal for Summer.

The concept is simple: a Niçoise type of salad in a ciabatta.

You can add or remove veggies as per your liking.

Don't be afraid by the size of it... surprisingly (or not) it always disappear quickly.

Pan Bagnat

Say yes to this typical south of France sandwich, so easy and fast to make and yet so satisfying.
