Chocolate Chips Pecan Sourdough Pancakes

This recipe is a good way to use your sourdough starter scrap if you have one, because not everyone bakes bread when feeding it. So instead of throwing your starter, use it with this recipe that will satisfy your taste buds.

Those pancakes have a really good sour taste, they are pretty light in sugar but taste amazing with the chocolate pecan combination.

Can those pancakes be stored?

Yes. Actually during your meal prep you can prepare a bunch of those and store them in the fridge for a couple of days or freeze them. Reheat them in the oven when you want to eat them (or microwaves) . They can also be a really good after school snack or desert.

Those pancakes are quick and easy to make for a very satisfying breakfast.
