I did not use to like caramel, often too sweet and sometimes too strong in taste. It was not my cup of tea.
However I gave it a chance and this brioche made me change my mind.
The result was actually surprising...

Yes, it is sweet but surprisingly not overly sweet... actually I get easily tricked into getting an additional piece.
Storage is not really a question as it usually disappear very quickly!
However, you can store this brioche at room temperature in a sealed container for a couple of days.
Of course it is best eaten as soon as it is baked. My advice is to reheat a bit the brioche (preferably in the oven) before eating it, the texture is better when warm.
