Ingredients
- 135g roasted pumpkin seeds
- 135g pepitas
- 180g sugar
Instructions
- Heat the sugar on medium-high heat until obtaining a light caramel.
- Mix in the pepitas and roasted pumpkin seeds.
- Pour onto a silpat or baking tray lined withparchment paper.
- Let cool down.
- Once at room temperature, blend in blender until obtaining a praline paste.
- Store in a clean jar at room temperature
