So easy to make and yet so good! This light and fruity desert is perfect for summer. If you have cherries, it is a must to try.
- Grease the molds
- Preheat the oven at 350F / 180C
- Beat the eggs in a medium bowl, add in the cream and milk
- Add sugars and salt, mix well
- Incorporate the flour making sure there are nolumps
- Pour the cherries in the molds
- Pour over the batter
- Bake for about 40min or until golden brown
- Let cool slightly. Sprinkle powder sugar over just before serving
- Enjoy!
Can be stored in the fridge but needs to be eaten quickly (within a day or two)
