Black Olives Puff Pastry Star

Ingredients
- 2 discs of puff pastry of the same diameter, homemade or store bought
- Black olives spread
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350F / 180C
- take one disc of dough and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Spread the black olives spread on the disc of dough evenly up to the edges
- Place the second disc of dough on top
- With a pizza cutter, cut through the doughs from the edge towards the middle stopping about an inch from the center of the discs. Cut as many stripes as you want.
- Twist each stripes on itself a couple of times
- Egg wash
- Bake for 30 to 45min depending on the size of the discs.
- Let slightly cool before serving
