Ingredients
- 300g bread flour
- 90g ripe sourdough starter
- 200g water, room temperature
- 6g salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup milk chocolate chips
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix water and starter until the starter is dissolved.
- Add half the flour and mix well
- Mix in the salt
- Finish adding the flour and mix until no flouris left.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Cover and let rest for 1h at room temperature
- Make a few folds, cover and let rise at roomtemperature for 8-12h
- Prepare a load pan by greasing it and lining apiece of parchment paper in the bottom
- Shape the bread on a counter and place it in thepan. Cover and let rest for 45min
- Preheat the oven at 240 C / 460F
- Bake for 40min
- Let cool on a wire rack
